Mass-production parts plant for
automobile/machine industries
Just as TAMAYAKIN Co., Ltd. Tokyo (HQ), TAMAYAKIN (Dalian) Co., Ltd in China is equipped with extensive heat treatment equipment, including vacuum furnace, nitriding furnace, and carburizing furnace to fulfill our clients’ diversified needs.
What distinguishes the Dalian plant from HQ plant in Tokyo is that the Dalian plant has a production system specializing in mass production of parts and components. The selection of equipment, such as automated carrier machine, and the method of organizational operation are adopted aiming to optimize the mass production system.
In addition, the plant has an advanced quality assurance system to comply with the production management system associated with automobiles (TF16949) and aircrafts (Nadcap).

Features of the Dalian plant in China
The biggest heat treatment plant in Northeast China
Since the launch of TAMAYAKIN (Dalian) Co., Ltd. in 2003 based on our experiences in Japan, the plant, as the first foreign-financed heat treatment plant in China, has developed in the global field. The site area as big as approximately 13,000㎡ is large enough to maneuver the mass-produced parts and components. The plant is equipped with extensive heat treatment equipment, just as TAMAYAKIN Co., Ltd. Tokyo (HQ), enabling to offer a variety of heat treatment processes.
Quality assurance system and acquired certificates that are applicable to both automobile and aircraft treatment
TAMAYAKIN (Dalian) Co., Ltd. has acquired IATF16949 quality management system for automobile in addition to AS9100 quality management system for aerospace to accommodate the needs of both industries. Moreover, the Dalian Plant acquired Nadcap, special process certificate for international aerospace industry in the field of heat treatment, making it possible to offer contract-based heat treatment process on civilian aircrafts.Heat treatment plant specializing in mass production and its system
The Dalian plant employs the plant layout and the equipment design as well as the allocation of personnel to serve for its specialized mass-produced parts and components, including automobile parts. We proceed with a project in consultation with a client in various stages, such as prototyping in preparation for the start of mass production, designing of the heat treatment process, production planning, and recommendation of equipment and jigs.China Dalian Factory
