01 Aerospace response (Nadcap)
Of the companies in Japan that have received Nadcap certification for heat treatment, a total of six specialise in heat treatment, including our company. We have the largest number of certified heat treatment processes among them, with 11. (as of 10.11.2021).
02 aluminium alloy
PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN AIRCRAFT, FROM NAMASHI-O TO T4, T5, T6 AND T7 WITH AMS SPECIFICATIONS, LARGE FURNACES AVAILABLE.
03 nickel alloy
Proven track record in aircraft components such as Inconel.
04 Can also be used for copper alloys.
Can be used for heat treatment of various copper alloys.
05 All-metal treatment is possible.
Where vacuum furnaces are normally made of carbon, we have furnaces with all-metal construction (all-metal). This allows the humidity during processing to be reduced to an absolute minimum and is also compatible with the properties of rare metals such as niobium.
06 Heat treatment with short delivery times and at low cost
By processing mixed loads with products handled by our company, it is possible to achieve short delivery times and low costs. (Only if the mixed load conditions are met).
