Overview.
Solution treatment of large components with high-speed water cooling is possible.

It can cover engineering requirements for the heat treatment of aluminium alloy components, as well as general components.
02 Solution treatment by rapid water cooling is possible.
The water tank is located directly under the furnace, allowing rapid water cooling.
Prevents slow downs during solution treatment.
03 Choice of cooling methods.
In order to respond to diversifying needs, such as water cooling, forced air cooling, furnace cooling and spraying, the company is not restricted to a single method.
04 Distortion correction of products carried out after solution treatment is also supported.
We can also meet your correctional needs through solidarity with partner companies.
05 Various examinations are available.
Hardness tests, electrical conductivity tests, tensile tests and other tests will be carried out according to the information required by the customer.
06 Propose a production system that meets your needs, equipped with large and small furnaces.
