Overview.
Heat treatment conditions can be freely designed to meet customer requirements
01 Aerospace response (Nadcap)
Of the companies in Japan that have received Nadcap certification for heat treatment, a total of six specialise in heat treatment, including our company. We have the largest number of certified heat treatment processes among them, with 11. (as of 10.11.2021).
02 Carburisation can be carried out on a wide range of materials.
Carburisation can be carried out on a variety of materials such as SS and SPC.
Individual heat treatment conditions, such as prototype and mass production treatment, can be accommodated.
03 Can be used for large products
Can be used for large products that are tempered and annealed in a Φ1140 × 1600H atmospheric furnace.
At present, annealing treatment of large products made of titanium material is carried out regularly.
04 Can be used for long products
Oil hardening, annealing and tempering of long products can be handled. Currently, quenching of long products is carried out on a regular basis.
Propose a production system that meets your needs, equipped with large and small furnaces.
The furnaces are selected according to product shape, product quantity, etc., using large and small furnaces, and either mixed or stand-alone processing can be carried out, making it possible to handle general and aerospace parts.
05 Charcoal-proofing allows carburising only at specified points.
In-house anti-carburisation allows carburising to be carried out only at the points specified in the drawing.
06 Propose a production system that meets your needs, equipped with large and small furnaces.
The furnaces are selected according to product shape, product quantity, etc., using large and small furnaces, and either mixed or stand-alone processing can be carried out, making it possible to handle general and aerospace parts.
