What is process verification?
Our "Sales/Web System" allows our customers to check our internal heat treatment schedule and the process progress of products entrusted to us in real time via the Internet.
The current progress status can be viewed by selecting the following items from the "Process Check" menu on our website.

How to use the service
To use this service, you need to apply for registration for viewing.
Please apply by selecting "Process Confirmation Registration" from the Contact Us page.
Upon completion of the application process, we will issue you a user ID.
During the registration process, you will be asked to enter your company name, telephone number, e-mail address, address, fax number, and name of the person in charge in the registration form,

confidential maintenance matters
Information such as user IDs and passwords issued to customers by TAMAYAKIN "Sales/Web System" and details of transactions with customers will not be disclosed to third parties.
TAMAYAKIN "Sales/Web System" will make its best efforts to protect data (protection against loss, protection against malicious access, etc.). However, TAMAYAKIN "Sales/Web System" shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure due to external factors such as natural disasters or interference from third parties.
