The Tokyo Metropolitan Government certifies companies that promote and support sports among their employees as "Tokyo Sports Promotion Companies.
In fiscal 2022, 366 companies were certified, including TAMAYAKIN Co.
For more than 10 years, all TAMAYAKIN employees have been practicing radio calisthenics every morning at the beginning of the workday. 18 to 82 year old employees are united in this activity, which is effective in preventing injuries and promoting health. The exercise is effective in preventing injuries and promoting health, and has enabled employees to maintain good physical and mental health and to spend their time at work and in their daily lives without hindrance. We will continue our efforts in the future.
