The 'Excellent Health Management Corporation Recognition System' is a system under which the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) awards corporations, including large corporations and SMEs, that practice particularly excellent health management, based on their initiatives in line with local health issues and the health promotion initiatives promoted by the Japan Health Council.

As for the number of certified corporations in the small and medium size corporation category, 14,012 corporations were certified this year, compared to 12,255 corporations last year. In the Tama region, there were 66 corporations, and we were the only one in Musashimurayama City!

■ Examples of our initiatives

As part of efforts to improve dietary habits, miso soup, vegetable soup, curry, white rice, etc. are provided at half the company's cost.

Further efforts will be made to promote employee health from various angles, such as improving exercise habits.
