TAMAYAKIN has recently accepted a trainee from the Tokyo University of Technology.
This is the second time TAMAYAKIN has accepted a trainee from the Tokyo University of Technology.
The Tokyo University of Technology offers a cooperative industry-university program called Co-op Training, in which work experience is credited to the university and wages are generated. Although the training period is as long as 4 weeks in addition to regular work, TAMAYAKIN accepts this program because of its merits in terms of contribution to the local community and education of young people.
Young employees of TAMAYAKIN took on the role of caretakers for the trainees and planned, coordinated, and managed the practical training.
As this was only the second time for them to participate in the Co-Op training, I think they were able to smoothly carry out everything from planning to operation.
We asked the trainees about their impressions,
BtoB companies have various approaches to the same goal, and it is interesting to be able to improve oneself like in a game!
It's like a game!
TAMAYAKIN will continue to focus on training the next generation by accepting trainees and educating young people with the aim of becoming a 100-year company.
