Heat treatment of aluminum and aluminum alloys has a quality symbol that indicates what kind of heat treatment was performed for each quality.

The softest state of the product after annealing. |

T1 |
A material that has been naturally aged without cold working after cooling from a high temperature. |
|
T2 |
After cooling from a high temperature, the material is cold-worked and naturally aged. |

T3 |
Solution annealed, cold worked, and naturally aged. |
|
T4 |
Solution treatment followed by natural aging. |
|
T5 |
Artificially aged after cooling from high temperature. |
|
T6 |
Artificially aged after solution treatment. Higher strength than naturally aged T4. |
|
T7 |
Over-aged after solution treatment, exceeding the aging treatment conditions. |
|
T8 |
Solution annealed, cold worked, and artificially aged. Higher strength than naturally aged T3. |
|
T9 |
Solution treated, artificially aged, and then cold worked. |
|
T10 |
After cooling from high temperature, the material is cold worked and artificially aged further. |
TAMAYAKIN handles a large number of aerospace parts. The working zone is 2400mm x 2400mm x1400mm high with a maximum loading capacity of 500kg, which is an extra large size in the industry. We can handle everything from large general parts to aerospace parts.
