The late Kei Yamada, who led the manufacturing industry as the company's founder, served as chairman until he passed away at the age of 86,
who led the manufacturing industry as the founder of TAMAYAKIN, expressed these words as "TAMAYAKIN's Mission" on the 25th anniversary of the company's establishment.
"Our Goals"
I. We support the foundation of the machine industry
I. We will maintain the highest technical standards
We are dedicated to customer service
We will strive to study and develop our own abilities.
We will grow together with the company and aim for future happiness.
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of our founding, a resolution was adopted by all employees
The last of these goals, "We will grow together with the company and aim for future happiness," is visualized as our tree.
The tree bears abundant fruit for a long time to come, and we all want to nurture the tree so that we can share the fruit with our employees.
By further nurturing this tree, we at TAMAYAKIN aim to become a tree that is firmly rooted in the ground and can give back to the local community, just like a large tree that is the source of ecological cycles.

Therefore, TAMAYAKIN is currently working to achieve a sustainable global environment, including zero emissions.
As we are called upon to move from a paradigm of economic growth based on mass resource extraction, mass production, mass consumption, and mass disposal to a more sustainable socioeconomic system, we are also encouraged to introduce energy-saving equipment.
Last November, we decided to install solar panels, and in October of this year, we installed them on the rooftop of our headquarters and on the rooftop of our south factory.

After installation
The main factory has 126 panels installed and is expected to generate 60,452 kWh per year.
The South Plant has installed 616 panels with an estimated annual power generation capacity of 235,649 kWh.
As a result of energy-saving investment, we expect to reduce power consumption by 6.6%.
TAMAYAKIN will continue to implement environmentally friendly initiatives such as SDGs.
