The following is a declaration that the necessary information will be made public pursuant to Article 30, Item 2 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Promotion of Renewable Electricity Use (hereinafter referred to as "Enforcement Regulations"). We hereby declare that we will make the necessary information public in accordance with the provisions of Article 30, Item 2 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Act on Special Measures for Promotion of Renewable Electricity Use (hereinafter referred to as "Enforcement Regulations").

In order to obtain approval for the special measures for the levy based on the Renewable Energy Special Measures Law, we have submitted an energy conservation investment plan to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry and are implementing it.
