Overview.
Nadcap certified. A wide variety of steel grades and heat treatments can be processed while measuring the temperature of the material.
01 Aerospace response (Nadcap)
Of the companies in Japan that have received Nadcap certification for heat treatment, a total of six specialise in heat treatment, including our company. We have the largest number of certified heat treatment processes among them, with 11. (as of 10.11.2021).
02 Various heat treatment conditions
It can be used for prototyping and mass production under all conditions of temperature range, vacuum, cooling method, cleaning method and low strain.
03 Large furnace AMS 2750 controlled furnace
AMS 2750 controlled furnace for quenching, tempering, annealing and age hardening. Furnaces with temperature measurement are also available. (working zone up to Φ1000 x height 1600 mm)
04 Also available for non-ferrous alloys
In the process of deepening our knowledge of special steels, a range of non-ferrous alloy products are being developed.
We will continue to respond to such special needs.
05 Heat treatment with short delivery times and at low cost
By processing mixed loads with products handled by our company, it is possible to achieve short delivery times and low costs. (Only if the mixed load conditions are met).
06 Propose a production system that meets your needs, equipped with large and small furnaces.
Furnaces are selected according to product shape and quantity, and either mixed or stand-alone processing is carried out, so that general parts can be handled in small lots or in mass production.
