02 What is a company?
The head of the General Affairs G. asked, "What is a company in the first place?" The lecture began with the following words.
In order for the students to acquire common sense as a member of society, which is different from being a student, I asked them to explain what a company is in a nutshell. The company is an organisation that exists by supporting each other and the people involved. Everyone listened intently to the lecture.

Next is the induction ceremony.

07 Heat treatment workshops
Finally, the last part of the course is a study of heat treatment.
The President himself gave the lecture.
The president explains technical terms such as special processes in an easy-to-understand way.
'Heat treating and the process of making steaks are similar.'
And. It certainly made me think....
Gradually, the story becomes more specialised.
Once the heat treatment study is over, the new employee's first day at work is also over.
